The delivery method includes logistics point pick-up, door-to-door delivery, door-to-door upstairs delivery, and installation services. The purchaser selects the corresponding delivery method according to their needs.

If the delivery time is delayed or unable to be delivered due to the following circumstances, Muguan Home will not be responsible for the delayed delivery, and customers cannot refuse on this grounds:

(1) Caused by incorrect information provided by the user, incomplete address, and other reasons;

(2) No one signs for the delivery of the goods, resulting in inability or delay in delivery;

(3) Caused by changes in circumstances;

(4) Force majeure factors, such as natural disasters, traffic curfew, sudden wars, etc.

The delivery area covers most parts of the country, and there may be some areas that cannot be delivered (such as door-to-door delivery). Please consult customer service for details.
